Waste is discharged in the whole life cycle from mining to processing, production, consumption and even waste management. Faced with the increasingly tight constraints of resources and environment, we should make use of waste as a resource, change the direction of material flow, and realize the closed circulation of materials. The goal is to maximize the transformation of waste into renewable resources and reduce pollutant emissions.

The impact of carbon footprint and life cycle assessment of any resource on design is becoming more and more important, from self-awareness, availability, to realizability, and combining with creative ideas and economic goals may become the key words of sustainable development and design in the current era.
